I have had my eye on the Ultra Undercover Flex... That one and of course a DiamondBack... Just like Mike! (@mgm16trdpro). Of course, I am still saving and we’ll see what route I end up going...

I wish. I live in a time vacuum. Not enough time to do what I need to do, much less something I’d want to do!!!

But it would let you decompress and you could buy @Caveman 's topper from him. Two birds, one trip. :p

Gotta remember to take time to enjoy life and spoil yourself once in a while. Otherwise, you will wind up forgetting why you are working so hard and become bitter and jaded. It's a great way to burn out. Ask me how I know. :anonymous:

I feel you. I’ve been re-assessing since my family and I returned from vacation this summer. My current career is high dollar but, as you well know, it comes with a pretty hefty price... 1K+ hours of OT for the last 3 years makes this dude a dull boy(and I HATE going to work now!). Oh well, the hustle, the grind, and the penny hoarding continues until my wife hits the lottery!

I totally get doing what is needed, but lots of times we get caught up in the hustle and forget that down time and rewards are needed too. It sucks having a job you hate, and it bleeds into other aspects of your life.

Anyway, back to our regularly scheduled Cavalry programming! :threadjacked::sorry:

Fellow Cavalry, just purchased this set up: 295/65/20 Toyo Open Country A/T 3s with 20” +20 Fuel Rebel 5s Matte Black on a Rough Country 3.5” suspension lift (I do little to no off-roading), what are your thoughts? Anyone have this? Price was right at 4k with install before tax, is that too much, little much, just right? Pics if you are running something similar would be awesome. I’ll post pics once installed, waiting on the order, should be next week.

If you paid $4K for all of that installed, I don’t think you did too bad. I’d be curious to know what exactly the RC lift comes with though. If it’s nothing but spacers/shackles you may have overpaid a touch.

    Here is the kit: https://www.roughcountry.com/toyota...1y0sn1zZiKT_EqYIaAjrFEALw_wcB#278=517&266=734

Again, I'm a first time truck owner here so opinions welcome. I know RC isn't the best, but this kit looked better than others of theirs.

Ok, so it does come with new struts. I think the 4K price tag is about what everyone is paying for wheels, tires, and suspension work installs. You did good. As for RC, they’re a middle of the road manufacturer. Not super duper, not terrible. But since you don’t go off the beaten path too often, it’ll suit your needs fine.

Blue accent lighting was added to the recesses of the interior door handles. They are tied into the illumination circuit, therefore, turn on with dash lights and dim as well!

The pictures do not do it justice.

I'm starting to think you like blue. I'm not certain, but I am leaning that direction. :monocle::laughing:

Those lights look pretty cool. Are they always blue or is there an option to scroll through other colors?

Did you paint the door handle and silver trim piece on the door or is that vinyl?
