Where on earth can you get that deal?!?! I would do that in a heartbeat. I am unfamiliar with leases but this seems way too good to be true. Interested for sure

I don't speak spanish, but that is clean looking rig! Reminds me that I have some debadging to do. How did you black out the front bumper's end caps? Covers, full replacement, plasti-dip, repaint, etc.?

    ¡Hola, Hola, Coca Cola!

I thank you very much for your kind words hermano. The bumper ends were powder coated with a black “satin” finish. The local shop has tremendous talent. It also does not hurt to know a guy there too!

    Gracias and great day!

The hood scoop seems to be a bit of a love it or hate it thing. You could always try to find somebody to do a hood swap with. They might have got one for color match, but just had to live with the scoop. It's worth a shot.

I think you’re the first cavalry blue tundra I’ve seen with black bumper caps. Can you post pic of the rear too?

Damn. Nice truck you had there. That's what I heard about TSS. One reason why i want to keep it stock and just do the small mods. Tires and wheels if anything.

I'm thinking of doing plasti dip to see if I like black end caps. Or has anyone used a plasti dip that's close to Cavalry blue???

I considered plasti-dip in a blue too. However, I did not find anything respectfully close to a “match” I would be satisfied with. I did not want to have to go through the process of plasti-dip (not really permanent) and still have to deal with a permanent solution later. Thus why I opted to powder coat all four corners instead.

The powder coat shop indicated that the color variance on the bumper end caps, with a black, blends easier on the eyes and with the other black accents on the truck. They also relayed that a color variance in the blue would be less forgiving and would probably drive anyone’s OCD into orbit. I agreed.

I also considered trading my chrome end caps with a Cav Blue Sport owner that preferred the chrome over his color matched caps. I ultimately declined because my chrome caps gave a more satisfying sense of rigidity, strength that the OEM color matched caps did not appear to have... in my opinion. I also felt like it was too much blue on the nose of the truck, again, just mis “dos centavos”. I too have yet to see another Cav Blue around in the lower half of my state or here on this splendid forum. It is just “un poquito diferente” this way for now...

I would like to hear what route you ultimately decide to go with, suerte amigo!

Wow, that is fancy! Perhaps I threw in the towel too soon on my search for something in blue... I sure would like to see how your test run comes out.

I believe there is a wrap color that is close to cav blue that I found in my research but i didnt pull the trigger. I plan on wrapping them black myself when the weather warms. I believe the wrap to be the best and most durable solution for the money.

2019 TRD off-road. Suspension is stock. Wheels are TRD Rock Warrior that I had powdercoated black and then the lettering painted red, tires are Cooper ST MAXX 285/70/17, custom exhaust and Decked drawer system.

The deal was based on a Dealer 11.2% discount plus a Toyota rebate of $2,500; these are perquisites to the deal.
First negotiate the deal then ask for a U.S. Bank lease (NOT, Toyota Finance, their rates are horrible).
Go to www.Leasehackr.com and research other lease deals too.
