    Too many, but not enough....
    Good luck. I hate dealing with those people. It seems like they have scripted answers that they use no matter what you say. I tried my luck with them about a tailgate defect and the halogen headlight fix and got nowhere real fast.

    Its part of the Lemon Law in Texas. He may well not get a "response" but the letter is what kicks off the legal part of the lemon law. Plus it's certified so he will have proof of their receipt of the letter.

    I think your spot on with this, I am waiting for a time when the issues are under control, I would like to buy a platinum newer tundra, but I just cant do it right now with all this BS going on, not for 65-70K.

    I had my 2016 in toyota for oil yesturday and they had 2 capstones, and a shitload of white double cab white fleet looking ones all just sitting on the lot, I was surprised to see that many.

    my lord that capstone interior is god awful, no way on that, ugh

    Nice to have it back I imagine. They swapped out the ECU and that was it right? How long was it down for awaiting parts?

    What did they do the first time when they thought they fixed it?

    They ordered the ECU and it was at their shop within a few days. Way faster that I expected. They installed the new one and said it was ready. When I started it and got more codes, apparently it was a few things that didn’t “flash” correctly. But one day after that it was ready and they brought it to me at work.
