I installed mine with carriage bolts and lock nuts. It took me about 20 minutes to get the nut all the way down tight a flat at a time. Also took a double jointed arm to do it. If the have the time they can have the cats and the shield. It will be easier to grind off the bolt head than unscrew it. Any way, it is going to take some time to get them.

Not my tundra, this is on my daily driver Prius. They seem to be extremely popular for cat theft, so put mine on a couple weeks ago.

I'm with previous posts that I'll feel good with a sticker or f you painted somewhere but the type of jackwagons that will steal to begin with are EXACTLY the type to get bent about being thwarted and will puncture a tire (if you're lucky), dent a panel, key the paint or any other of a number of things just to "show you who's boss" after being unable to vandalize and steal your property.

I would like some sort of paint bomb like the dye packs in bank bags that would go off if someone crawled under my truck. I would deal with the damage they'd do if I saw their outline in the splatter under the vehicle after it was set off!
