I am having problems with Carista. Trying to do the driver seat belt beep disable. It shows as disabled, but it is not. I sent several problem reports to Carista and each time they instructed to try it with ignition on, engine off. I have tried this numerous times without success. Mine is a hybrid.... can I do this in ACC mode? Is it a problem when the ignition is on (Ready) and the engine is not running? I am starting to get a little disappointed.

I have used it on 3 different vehicles and they all were running when I did it. It’s been over a year but I think you have to save your changes. I may be wrong. Someone who has used it recently can chime in
