Canadian Prices 2022 Tundra

So, are they still not releasing prices on the iForce Max then? I know it's not going to be available until sometime next year. But, why wouldn't they release all of the pricing now? I'm sure I've missed something.

 

Apparently that won't be released until March in the US or Canada.

 

I heard that but if I knew the fuel economy and pricing for the entire lineup I might be more or less inclined to buy what's available now or wait for the iForce Max versions. Seems weird to me. What am I missing?

What's the price on the SR5, tow package and an 8' bed?

 

Yup. Makes a $6,000 difference on the Platinum trim. Would make sense to fly the family out to AB, have a nice holiday and send them back on plane while I drive back. Would still save money and enjoy some of Canada. Not sure how the registration works though...

 

12% in MB too. It was 13% a few years ago.

 

They ding you the extra tax at the time of insurance if you purchase out of province and bring it back. At least in MB they do.

 

15% in NL. So You have to go to a limited to get a crewmax with 6.5' bed? I'm sure that wasn't the case on the US models or on the canadian SR5 in this video:

I don't think so - that's just the pricing they had available. I reckon it would be way too much to go through every configuration so they just stuck to a few. My dealer said pricing was coming out REALLY SOON (the accentuated the REALLY a lot), so hop we get break downs soon.

 

I put down a small deposit on Oct. 7th to secure an order for a Limited CrewMax TRD Off Road 5.5 bed. Curious to see if they start getting some allocations and call with an actual price.

I did the same for an SR5 Off Road. My dealer said my truck should be available Mid January, but no prices or specif specs available yet.

 

Ok, but you're going to pay PDI and GST/PST on any other vehicle so what's the point of including it here, other than to artificially inflate the price?

 

I can't recall, which model has the larger gas tank?

 

I focus on the out-the-door price rather than the monthly payment. PDI and taxes add a substantial amount to the price so this works for me. Feel free to focus on/modify in whichever way works for you.

 

I'm just saying if you're posting any big 3 prices on here for comparison, make sure you add those fees and taxes too. Too many YouTubers and the like try to cherry pick to make the Tundra seem more expensive than the competition.

 

The rumor here in Alberta on how the dealers are bypassing MSRP is that they are now going to require all the additional insurance and dealer add on prior to purchase. This effectively raises the prices about $10k.

No problem. That is the most recent info that I know of. The accuracy is another question.

 

So I think I'd want the SR5 DC 4WD 6.5' bed with the 120 L (32.2 US Gal) gas tank, tow mirrors, roof rack, bed mat, all weather floor liners and running boards. As long as it still has at least 1500 payload capacity.

 

Pro is going to be Raptor money, that's going to be a hard call when they are within thousands of each other.

 

That's fair. My post was not to compare to any other vehicles just simply determine the price within the offerings from Toyota. We all have been waiting on this pricing and depending on how it fits within someone's budget, this total price may influence a change in their strategy or trim level.

 

I have bad news for you: 32 US gallons is closer to 120 litres. The tank in the 2.5 gen is 144 litres/38 US gallons.

 

Correct. Garbage in garbage out I guess. Typed in US Gal in Google but it just used gallons for the conversion.
I just want the largest fuel tank I can get. It's a pain in the ass towing with our Tacoma and it's 75 l tank!
