Were always a week behind you Albertans weather systems. Hitting 6 degrees here in a few days. Last week from Monday night to Wednesday morning we got 35-40 cms of wet heavy snow dumped on us. Lots of shoveling, neighbours helping each other. My wife lives a sheltered life when it comes to stuff like that, i shovel, sweep our vehicles, then shovel again later in the day, and she was telling her family how the weather network got it wrong we only got 10ish cms. Ya:facepalm:

My wife gave me crap last year for keeping on top of the shoveling when I would go out and shovel a few cm on a Saturday afternoon, instead of sitting around the house. I said it's because it's been snowing all day and I go out every few hours. I said "you haven't seen the previous 30cm I put into the yard?".

Somehow the dog poo, leaves and grass are all magically maintained too.

My wife has never once shoveled the driveway, mowed the lawn or taken out the garbage and we always cook and do the dishes together but somehow I don't do enough around the house...

The Woman has done all the shovelling this year except one time. It helps that she works from home and is able to do it. We have a pretty good division of labor though. I do 99% of the cooking and we do the dishes together, while she does 99% of the household admin stuff and we do the house cleaning together.

If y’all know me, I can’t stop moving so I’m usually doing something round the house to help out. I plow, mow, garbage runs, we take turns cooking and dishes. I’m a bathroom cleaning super star too- my Ma trained me right :annoyed:

Hasn't made it's way here yet. We are going up to +6 today.

By the weekend, we will be down to Negative Single Digits.

I don't recall the last November/December like this in MB. No snow and + temps.

Today is going to be the warmest day here for a while at +6. 3 tomorrow then below 0 after that. Guess I'd better put burlap on my spruce trees today.

I used the plow to spread the horse dung and expose some more grass yesterday. I can’t explain how awesome the plow is :)
Few things the goat needs now as a direct result:p:
    Locker
    Winch
    Gears
    Tire chains
All the lights in the world
    Led plow edge indicator whips
Front and rear Trd sway bars...

    At least. :D

Mine get put on tomorrow. I hope I don't regret it

There are so many varying opinions on them I figure I should try them out first hand and see for myself. Rear is going to be free due to Dealer credit and I'm paying to upgrade the front. I'll try to Kijiji my stock front to get $50 back

And on a another positive note, my TPO Bumpershellz shipped from Wetaskawin AB and should hopefully arrive next week

I had a gauge cluster like that. Mine was in a 1994 Toyota pickup.

Back when I was young and handsome.

Sweet! I miss my '94. Wish I still had it. I've kept an eye open for a similar one but they're all either beat to hell or the seller is asking a king's ransom for it.

    Isn’t that the truth.

My brother daily drives a ‘90 extracab V6 on 33’s with an ARB rear locker, but in true form for a 30 year old Toyota, he’s been having to work on stopping body rust and repainting it.

    Ya exactly.
This one was my old man. He got himself a 2009 tacoma, and he asked me if I wanted it.
For the price I couldn’t say no.
