    Lots of laziness this week, after surgery on my finger last week. It seems to be doing well.:thumbsup:


    And starting to think about snowmobile season, I ordered a few parts for the old Summit today. :cool:

    I do love it here, but BC does stand for: bring cash! Real estate prices are getting stoopider than stupid, and overall cost of living keeps skyrocketing.

    Yep. Hands down the best fishing in Canada, some of the best scenery, amazing roads, and it's just about all crown land so it's free to explore.

    Unfortunately, as LandPhil says...Bring Cash. When we were looking last year, we ran the numbers. Assuming we both found jobs that paid the same, we'd take a minimun $10,000 hit per year just in the increased living expenses and taxes. Never mind the real estate prices.

    Yep. That's about it. I've actually seen more of the province and done more fishing in cool places in BC since moving to AB than I did when I lived there. Main reason? I can afford to do it now, even after the extra travel distance.

    At least it’s not entirely true. I currently have a pretty good job, and still have a bunch of OT hours banked, so I’m planning to use some of that this spring. Camping and fly fishing, here we come.

    Got a second coat of Quicksand tinted bed liner sprayed onto our horse trailer yesterday. It will need one more coat for sure. I’m really liking the color and getting excited to spray my tundra with it. Woohoo!
