    It’s basically coffee and sugar haha. I usually drink it over ice but tonight tried the nog. I used to buy a really good one that was darker and less sweet but the company discontinued.

    True enough. This fucking town is like the Hotel California. Most of the people I know came up here with plans to work a bit then leave. Now they're stuck. I came up planning to be gone in 2 - 3 years. Been almost 8 now... :(

    Yeah, property crime especially. I live in once of the nicer neighbourhoods though, so haven't had a problem. Overall, the town is pretty decent. I'm just sick of the oilfield traffic and mentality of an industry town.

    "No plan survives first contact with the enemy" LOL. I was looking into moving back to BC last year, but with the way that province is going, there's no chance that's gonna happen.

    Ouch. That sucks. The company I work for only does 6% of their business in Canada. Nearly everything we build gets shipped to the US. It's going nuts down there and as such we're about to go full retard in the fab shop here. Last I heard, there's 30+ sand process unites to build in the next 2 - 3 month and we're booked into next summer already.

    Good to hear. It's looking like the work is going to stay relatively steady for the support guys. The drillers and exploration guys are gonna have a hard time of it.

    That said, every fraccing company in town is hiring by the looks of it.

    Ya they’re always the first to take the hit. Good money when it’s good. I finally made it out of the drilling side of things:amen: last go of it was 2012. Still get nauseous when I see a dig rig haha. I have lots of frac buddies here in Hinton cause it’s a Trican main shop. They seem to be busy still...
