    Cambodian Tire wrecked a rim on my car and had to reimburse me $200 to fix it. There’s tons of stories of shady work there, thought I was safe plugging a tire, nope. They even denied it until I asked to see the tool that matched the gouge.

    Probably because it's the last urban-ish center on the way north. Long, dark, cold winters. Very remote. Expensive. However, the area is staggeringly beautiful with incredible hunting, fishing, camping, and overlanding opportunities. The Woman and I have kicked around the idea of moving there for a short stint depending on work availability for me.

    Lol. The area AROUND Yellowknife is beautiful. The town is a disaster. No one cares about it and its absolutely full of garbage. Nevermind the Giant Mine that is one of the most contaminated areas in Canada.
    Love the Country hate the town....hence Shitknife.
