Pothole bent the inside of this wheel and the tire is not holding air pressure. Can these be fixed or will I need a new wheel? Not sure what material they are. Came on a 2015 SR5

those are usually cast. I think you need a new rim. You might get some $$ from the city or county for not maintaining the roads. We have seen it here in California.

Call a rim repair place. Some can work magic... some can't do much other than straighten rims.

Looks like my TSS wheels on my 2014, but mine are milled.

Those wheels are Ultra Gunner wheels, but the offset is made for Toyota.
I can't remember if it is +50 or +55 but it should be 20X9

You might find some on Craigslist or FB Marketplace.
    I don't think you'll find a new one..

I had a rim repaired once. It ended up disintegrating on me and caused a major blowout. I was fortunate to not have been in a major accident.

I’ll never repair a rim again.

yes, they used to be milled but I had to get the powder coating redone and they couldn’t keep the milled look.

I would ditch and get new wheels. The material sciences of aluminum won’t be the same after damage.

Just dropped it at a shop to get fixed for the meantime so I’m not riding on a spare too long.
I’ll look for some new wheels to have on before my next road trip.

    Too many…scratch that…not done yet.
Definitely TSS wheel. Came in 5 lug pattern for Tundras, used on TSS-trim models which were primarily for 'Gulf-state' dealers TX, LA, MS, lower AL, and FL.

As FYI, watch out for the 6-lug pattern, which were for the 4R and Tacomas used on the XP/ XSP-trim, which were south-east state dealers. I was looking for a single wheel for the spare a couple years back on almost bought one, but realized it was the wrong lug pattern.

I've seen them called Ultra Gunner and TForce. I'd check with some of the gluf state dealers, especially in TX.
Quick interweb search, found these. Might check FB, CL or ebay.

They also changed the TSS wheel, not sure what year.
The newer ones were not milled and had a slightly different design.
