St Joe River in Idaho. Starts as the 'Lil Joe in St Regis Montana and runs down through Avery, Calder, and St Maries, then into the Coeur D'Alene Lake.

Just saw the canyon hotsprings sign so you are somewhere between Revy and Vernon if I was to guess.

We headed down from Banff to Kelowna and now making our way back up HWY 93 to Rocky mtn House. Nice vacation

 

Quick over-nighter off Rt 50 out by Delta, UT. It was an old USFS Campground that they sold off.

 

Camping up in the Sierras. Reno is a great home base for the outdoors. Been taking full advantage of my tundra and region this summer.

If anyone is in the region and wants to set up a camp, let’s do it. I frequent Donner Lake, Tahoe, small sierra lakes and reservoirs up here.

 

Donner lake? New friends to camp? Sounds like a set up???

Camped here two weeks ago. Looking for any recommendations in NorCal.

Down for a meet/greet camping trip also. Just enjoy getting outside.

This looks amazing. Took a note for my trip up north to stop here on the way. Is this dispersed, first come first serve kinda deal?

 

Annual friends trip to a special place. Camp was nothing special, but you wake up with your bike right there and ride until your hands hurt. Had an evening fire on the beach at the first pic and rode back in the dark.

 

Highly recommended. Yes, dispersed camping. But I'd avoid going on the weekdays, it tends to get crowded.

 

Got the camper hooked up for a camping trip in Gettysburg again. 1st evening gave us a beautiful sky. Hopefully the solar lights I setup will come on the 2nd night.

Did the back way to big bear CA last weekend through pioneer town. Fun easy trip! Hit giant rock in Landers on our way out of town.

 

Starting week two of my camping trip. Wife says you can’t have enough lights. Some of the solar lights need replaced. Some don’t come on anymore and some don’t stay on long.

 

It’s been a busy month and a half! Started June 29th by heading North to Northern California. Then into Oregon, Washington for almost two weeks, then back home in Grass Valley for a few days. Then a weekend in the Sierra Buttes, and then another long weekend trip down Hwy 395 to Lake Sabrina, just outside Bishop. Here’s a photo dump of the Chuck Wagon.

Heading to Trillium Lake this weekend for some camping. I'll be sure to take some pics. The weather should be perfect.

 

Trillium Lake is beautiful, but that first week of July it was fucking packed!

 

Yea we'll see how it is when we get there. I've got a few dispersed spots in mind as a plan B.

 

I lived next to Gettysburg for a couple of years. So much traffic in the summer.

 

Its the regular non xl. I like the tent no real problems. seems sturdy enough. Im a big guy and I can sit on the edge and no lean or bend to it so it seems quality. Set up takes a bit to get it up and down but once you got it down its simple.Perfect for a starter and for the $
