Autozone has a heavy duty bushing kit that has larger cups that can be used with their press. I had to rent both when I pressed the bushings out, but it worked great.

I didn’t need to but did one anyways cause I know I’ll want 37’s eventually lol. Had the tires on before the body chop and only rubbed the lower plastic on the front bumper. Used some washers from Home Depot to move the bumper out 0.5” Figured it can’t hurt to have a little more room for articulation.

Looks clean. I was thinking I saw on their website that you can get them angled. I could be wrong.

I went with the Shrockworks 4x4 sliders. They are in Houston and have to be picked up. I prefered the look of them over Cali raised and various other companies. We have them on our 4R as well and have been tested on many occasions.

They don’t have anything for a Tundra on their site. Did they build a one off set for you?

    Lots of shenanigans.
I am installing my WKOR today so can't speak too much to them but so far their customer service and reviews are amazing. That being said, if I was only a couple hours away from an off-roading fabricator then I would have saved the money and bought it in the store.

They have built 4 or 5 sets now. They wont put them on the website because they wont ship them. If your able to pick up give them a call to get a set ordered.

If you want steps, Cali raised will be great. If you want the toughest sliders out there that'll protect your truck off road, WKOR .188 wall are gonna be very tough to beat.

    Working on it!
I looked at WKORs...didn't want anything where I had to drill into the truck frame, so chose Cali-Raised. Turned out okay I think.

Do these ones offer full coverage? What is the angle? They look mean. Do you have any side pics?

I don’t have either sliders but have visited CaliRaised’s shop in Ft. Worth and was really impressed with their sliders. I also spoke with the engineer who designed them. Had they offered them for double cabs, I would’ve bought a set. With that said, I’ve read that WKOR sliders are top notch as well.

Just wanted to give an update on how awesome the beefy cali raised slider kickouts are. They just paid for themselves today at the gas station. Early morning I was barely awake, took too tight of a turn cause there was a dually at the next pump, the kickout nudged me away from one of those poles that stop morons from taking out a pump *ahem* didn't even scuff the rhino lining.

I bought a set of WKOR sliders used from a member and love them, very beefy and tough.

Took it on the trails yesterday and bottomed out a couple of times. Absolutely love them. I think they look great and do what they are advertised. They’re pretty pricey though.

Yup trail edition. I guess the steps would have been better in this situation since they are 2 inch wider but the trail ones are better in 99% of situations. The trails are plenty far out for steps and looking good.
