Whats BS in CA is that you have to prove you are in imminent danger before you can get a concealed carry permit. Seriously? If I had a CCW, I wouldn't be in imminent danger, now would I? Total BS.

That's not the case so much anymore. At least not in orange county. You just need to have a logical reason. Not per say in imminent danger. I remember last year when they stopped issuing ccw's for a few months and everyone lost their shit lol. Needless that's changed and as long as you have a good background and a "logical" reason it's fairly easy to get. However with the new gun laws you might as well pick up shop and move to AZ or NV. Currently what I'm planning on at least. Did you see the new bullet button BS?!

Yeah I saw that. CCW permits are left to the discretion of the county sheriff, and most of them practice CYA. I guess it depends on the county. In my county, you pretty much have to show the sheriff a bullet-hole before you can get a permit. I had hopes that San Diego lawsuit would go our way, but no, because CA BS.

@Sean266 wouldn't the gun topic technically be considered a political topic? As well as cost of gas etc?

We should all be colorblind. Every color of the alphabet should have equal rights under the law. I am now going to run to my safe space to escape your biased micro-aggression.
