    As much as mechanically possible.
    Crank the cams so the lower balljoint goes as far forward as possible... then adjust as needed to get the camber correct.
    This is where you run into bumper clearence issues and bumper shims.

    On my Taco I maxed out front cams inward, maxed rear cams outward (this moves the tire as far forward as possible in the wheel well), SPC's set neutral (+2°) and was able to get 4.4° caster PS (DS set to 3.9° for road angle), camber 0°, toe ever so slightly inward (<.03°). It drove great.
