Just saw this on the c4fab Instagram...looks pretty nice. Basically their Tacoma hybrid bumper sized up for a 2nd gen Tunny.

This and the resz bumper are looking like great options for those of us that want low pro bumpers.

In my opinion the Resz seems to fit the "look" of the 2nd gen a little better since it doesn't use tubes. In the eye of the beholder though.
I did message C4 and this bumper will accomodate up to 4 BD squadrons plus a 30" bar and it's winch ready. Also looks like you might have the option to leave the light bar space filled in. This is great for me because 4 squadrons would be enough... Plus C4 is only a few hours away from me.

If a guy is gonna do a lot of heavy winhing I believe they recommend an additional bracket of some sort for like 85 bucks.

So c4 fab also has a plate bumper option. The hybrid will be the tubes (in the original post) and the picture below is their plate bumper option. Both available for gen 2 and 3 and with or without the grille guard.

Haven't released anything like that. I'm curious about weight too.

I'd love to see a Lo Pro bumper for our Gen 2's. I like the integrated design to the stock bumper.

Yeah, the 2nd gen sure did get skipped on nice looking bumpers. But... All third gen bumpers should fit a second gen, no problem. You just have to leave the valence in place.

which is a pain in the ass for rock warrior guys like myself. we either have to cut it or buy a new valence. in my case I have no choice but to buy a new one because mines a little f'd up

Yeah, I didn't think about the solid piece your truck would have. It would be nice if they could just take the bumper for a 3rd gen and add metal to cover removing the whole part. I really like that plate bumper.

yeah. finding a plate bumper that eliminates the upper valence and still looks good is damn near impossible. if they brought the bumper up to the grill and then used a couple tubes to fill in the offset pieces of the valence it would look pretty good but nobodys done it yet
