    Well if its not the AIP's then its the brake booster.

    I just put 2 and 2 together. I saw that my outside temp gauge on dash stopped working and realized it happened at the same time as the flashing dash lights. Lo and behold a chewed wiring harness next to the brake booster. Thank you all for your input.
