So you're just bloviating ideas that aren't actionable? Surprising for someone that has F150 Management experience.
There is no path to success for Toyota to invest in decontented strippers they make less on.

Meh they’re nearly interchangeable in the context I wrote. I don’t routinely use the word “pleb” but for some reason I do use the word “peon”. So my own idiosyncrasies lead me to use that word for a lower class, unskilled, or even indentured person than to use “pleb”.

I haven't test driven a vehicle since the late 90's, my last used car purchase. Nor have I bought a vehicle the first year of production.
For me, test driving a brand new vehicle is a formality that I don't need with the internet, plenty of professional test drivers for me review.
This list includes a BMW, 2 Hondas, and 2 Toyotas.
That being said, I was waiting on my 2023 for like a month and I went in to see how the queue was doing and one of the sales guy said we have the exact model you want, but in brown, wanna take it for a spin. Yes sir, so technically I drove one before I got this one, but I wouldn't call it test. More of a 'I cannot fricken wait' drive.

Its pretty easy to say to someone you should have done this or that after they have problems. But IMO Toyota should not be selling vehicles without 2 keys without telling people before they sign the papers. But to act like that is $65k down the drain is being more than a little dramatic. And the wind noise, well Toyota has fixed that as they should.
I get that people want to be the first to drive a 'new' vehicle but I waited until 2023 because everyone knows there was going to be issues on the 2022. It would be unheard of for a car manufacture to release a 'new' vehicle and not have issue. The OP rolled the dice and ended up with wind noise, lesson learned I am sure.

“Re:”Toyota has fixed the wind noise as they should”. Where did you hear this? There is zero fix that I am aware of, and Toyota has failed to address the problem.

I have read in multiple posts that the hard original door seal has been replaced with a softer one and eliminated the wind noise. I want to say this was done in mid-late 2022. I also think I read that dealers were replacing them on cars prior. I assumed this was at no cost, but I don't know.

I have no wind noise at 80 with the 2023. My 2016 mirrors used to whistle at 80, not loud, but somewhat annoying.
The other day it poured and with the panoramic, there is zero insulation. To say it was loud would be an understatement and with the mic being on the roof, there is no way one can make a call. My 2016 had a hard slide that was insulated for the sunroof and it deadened the noise pretty well.

I probably hit rain that hard 4 times a year, so it really doesn't matter other than I wish I could have bought a Limited without the panoramic. I love this truck and hard rain noise isn't really a complain, more of an observation. I assume all vehicles with panoramics have the same issue.

Depends on where they fell in the production line. My 23 Tundra has it, but it’s nowhere near as bad as you say yours is. My 23 Sequoia got held back by a day or two while they changed out the window seals. No noise at all with that one. The seals on the Sequoia are perfect, but a bit janky on the Tundra. A coworker of mine got a new Tundra a couple of months ago and his window seals are good.
Yeah it does suck, but mine isn’t nearly as bad as you’re reporting, and it’s really an easy fix once I get around to it. It hasn’t been bad enough for me to make it a priority though. (I also knew about it beforehand because of research and a test drive.)
As for the extra key fob, if you’re mad now, you’ll only be getting madder. I got both of these in November and still don’t have mine.

I was really concerned about the wind noise issue that have been reported so I bought cheap wind noise reduction fins before I took delivery of the truck. After 950 miles of mostly hwy driving, I can say my truck doesn’t have unusual wind noise at 70mph.

I still installed the fins a few days ago, just because I already bought them. I can’t tell if they’re making any difference.

I’m happy with wind noise levels of the truck.

I'm kinda blown away over owners being upset over a key fob. I posted elsewhere on this forum about how the other big three rob you by not having the control modules needed for a complete vehicle. See attached
So you'd be happy with the example I posted for over 70k and not have heated steering, 360 camera ect? Sure when the modules arrive its just a day or two to disassemble the vehicle and re program everything........... I'll take one key fob over the other choice!Screenshot_20230619_195859_Samsung Notes.jpg

I kind of stopped reading when the OP said they paid 65k for an SR5.

My 23 has been perfect so far, no wind noise and they truck handles as it should. I love it as a matter of fact.

The single key is irritating. But aside from
That when I was shopping early last year there were no Tundras in stock anywhere, just purchased ones in delivery prep. I was told in current market conditions my first chance chance to drive one was going to have to be on taking delivery and it would probably not change soon. I found this unacceptable and it was one of a number of factors that got me looking elsewhere.

I have never even special ordered anything because I want to drive precisely what I'm going to buy before I make any sort of commitment or agree to a wait, and ended up finding a lot vehicle even in peak COVID craziness largely for that reason. I could drive something great on the lot and then get a special order in with a defect after waiting a year.

If I were 27 with any year Tundra, this wouldn’t be where I was hanging for any amount of time.
Edit: nothing particularly wrong with hanging here at any young age, except for such a large ocean with lots of fish.

Bummer experience for sure. Our 23 TRD 4x4 has been basically flawless. A couple of small issues with the infotainment system that I hope to post about later (this is my first post here), but we have zero road noise, zero water getting in the truck (as a matter of fact, when i drove the truck home off the lot, I drove through a monsoon... interior perfectly dry), but we also have the issue with the single key. My dealer told me it would be about 6 months before the second key was available. I am at about 6 months now and need to give the dealership a call.

You should have received two keys and one FOB with new vehicle purchase. Keep the second key safe as it will be used with the second FOB when it is delivered.
