Anyone from the greater South East region ever go to Busco Beach in NC? I'm taking a trip there in about 2 weeks. Heading there with the motocross bike and a few friends from PA and VA.

First time riding there. Just looking for experience or input.

I always wanted to go when I still had a quad. Hope you have a good time.

Great place to ride! If you're in a tent, be prepared to lose some sleep, there are some loud pipes that like to tear around at 1 in the morning. They have a nice MX track there which is groomed every day, but be wary of the newbies and chuckleheads who get on it and think 5MPH is ok. The trails there are pretty extensive and well taken care of. It can get swampy by the river when it rains, but that's part of the fun. Stay out of the ruts if you are on two wheels, as the the quads like to waller them out and they get deep.
Very family friendly, I've been numerous times with my kids and they had a blast each time.
    Enjoy the trip!

@Opus5150 thanks for the heads up. I will be bringing earplugs for sleeping, I didn't think of that until you mentioned it. We're keeping our fingers crossed that it stays dry for the next 2 weeks. We called and the river is currently pretty low.
