    so after hours on the computer finally called them and they emailed me instructions to install on a 16 tundra non flex I've been in my truck waiting and it's been trying "determining vehicle type" for 10 minutes now says not to unplug anyone know how long this is supposed to take? Thanks

    Well waited a half an hour nothing changed switched it off and started the truck it started have to call them tomorrow hopefully the truck will drive so I can go to work hope I didn't f%#k it up

    It should not take that long, a minute or two at most. As long you didn't past the screen with the yellow (I believe) background. It will tell you not to cycle the key unless you are told to. If your truck started and nothing is flashing on the dash you should be fine.

    No charger on the truck last night started it at 10:30 waited til 11 nothing on the screened changed so I turned it off a little after 11 thanks for the replies

    I meant while you were trying to install. It sucks a lot of juice doing the install and if your charging system drops below 11.8 V ( I think that's what it was ) it won't take the tune. They say to shut off all electronics radio's, lights, pull phone chargers, turn off heat/a.c. etc... Then hook a battery charger to your truck while you are doing the install so there's no way you'll drop low on volts. If you already did this sorry. I'll shut up

    Just talked to them apparently the 40415 won't support toyota I need a 40417 damn thanks for the help guess I gotta sell this one and save up some coin for a newer model
