3 inch level, 33s, 1 1/4 spacers

Looking for a set of bullet hole rims chrome. First time buying rims not sure what brands are good or what to look for as far as backspacing and offset goes. If anyone could recommend any good brands that won’t break the bank. And any tips on what offset or backspacing would work best with 285/70/17 also not sure how wide to go with the rim any info is appreciated.
