Brown stains on paint. Need some info

    I could b wrong but if that some tire sling I don't think it would b black dots on your truck I think it could b Mold spores they come from the mulch that's used for landscapes look it up good luck

    I just found these brown dots on my brand new 2024 Toyota tundra wind chill pearl. I’ve tried everything nothing take it out . What will remove these pls help!!

    When I get them I pick the top layer off with my nail. and eventually the brown stain underneath came off with washing the truck a bunch of times. Best thing to do is wax the truck once there gone it’s a lot easer to get them off with a coat of wax on the truck and park in a different spot if u can the wind carry’s the spores from the mulch. I know it sounds crazy but that’s where they come from

    I don’t think that’s my problem. Nothing is taking the stains out

    I know this is going to sound REAL strange: We used to use bacon grease to remove/dissolve road-tar from paint (and hands/clothes). Depending on the make-up of the residue/stain, it MAY dissolve and allow removal.

    Probably because the stains are not on the surface. In all likelihood, the clear coat is stained from the petroleum distillates in the tire dressing that the dealer used. You can try a light polish, which may lessen them a little....but you are also removing clearcoat in the process.
