While waiting on my front coilovers to come in, thought I'd better test fit and perform a drivability test.

MR701 18x9 +25 w/ 35x12.50r18 Ridge Grapplers at stock ride height with mild BMC, CoachBuilder front bumper shims, removed front flaps, happy to report that there is no rubbing.

I think there was only one other set of Rock Warriors posted up. Mine came out a little more gold than I wanted, but the black lugs and center cap it tames it down some.IMG_5275.jpg image1.jpg

Ugh I love Rock Warrior wheels. Those look fantastic, nicely done. I got close to picking up a set, but the used prices are just wild sometimes even if they aren't in great shape.

Thanks, I have seen the RW wheels creeping up in price over the last few years. I think one thing that keeps people from buying them (besides price), that I've seen, some guys with Tundra's say the 17' wheel does not clear their caliper. Which stumps me since this is an OEM wheel. It should fit all years.....................

Well, after going back and forth and keeping myself from spending over $2k on Pro BBS wheels, I dropped off my extra set of TRD OR wheels at the powdercoater. Gonna go with triple bronze in gloss with a clearcoat. Can't wait to see what they look like since nobody has done this yet on TRD OR wheels. Question now is do I leave white letters out or turn them in when I get them mounted?

    Edit:
Welllll, what had happened was....I still ended up buying the Pro BBS wheels, I couldn't help myself. This damn forum is a sickness. It's only money, right?? Still getting powdercoat bronze done though so stay tuned...

I’ve waited a long time to purchase wheels, but I’m proudly part of the bronze club now! Very happy with these I picked up used.

I’ll grab a pic when I get home from work. The offset isn’t too crazy.

So check it out. A direct comparison. My TRD off-road wheels (same as the pro) with 1.25” spacers (top pic), compared to the new wheels (bottom pic). Just a tad more poke. 0D9C9257-E8C5-4501-B7FD-4E49660A1D14.jpg 79DB6DF1-CC94-478F-BCB6-87B40D5C63A7.jpg
