Having a tough time choosing which wheels to match with my Lunar rock. Really liking the Methods right now in both. What’s you guy’s opinion on which looks better?
Also has anyone wrapped their chrome grill in black instead of color matching the Lunar? If so I would love to see it.

Bronze all day, I had the bbs pro in black and this is night and day, really makes the lunar color pop.

Beautiful truck, but I'd have to vote black for me. But it does look good and the important thing isn't my vote but your happiness.

I strongly considered gunmetal and the machined faced Methods for awhile but ultimately kept coming back to bronze so I went with it.

Count 1 vote for Team Black from me.
Bronze is for blue Subaru WRX owners who pretend to be "weekend rally racers" at the local Cars & Coffee meet up. hahaha. :anonymous:

In all seriousness though, black is timeless. It'll never go out of style. My 2 cents.

something to be aware of with matte black wheels- they are more difficult to maintain. Matte finish attracts more dirt, is harder to clean, black matte can develop hard water stains and white spots from cleaners, water stains, etc. Personally I would choose any other color and finish other than matte black.

I guess I think of black wheels in the opposite fashion...easy to maintain. I've scratched and scuffed wheels enough times on trails & rocks that I always go black. Black is easy to touch up if it ever gets damaged. Most other finishes/colors are a PITA to try & fix from trail/road rash.

I get what you're saying about water spots though.

Now those turned out pretty damn good. Not sure why I like your set the best so far. Maybe it isn’t so “bright” bronze?

Thank you sir! That is one of the reasons i was attracted to them as well. More of a matte or dark bronze like you said. Pics do them no justice. This one was taken by one of my employees (has a filter or two on) but a good look in the sunlight.

That is probably it. The darker bronze is different….in a good way.

Very nice truck Kenny. Keep up with the tasteful mods.
