Brightest H4?

Is something like the Sylvania Silver Star the brightest halogen style bulb? I'm looking for something a little brighter for my T100. I can't afford the LED's, Cree's and all they newer fancy bulbs. Thanks for any advice.

I like my sylvania ultra stars bright enough for me...Even put em in my fogs as well just a lil trimming with a dremmel n I made em fit

 

I think Wally World has them, I'll be picking up a set for the T100. Thanks for the info.

Yeah also have em in my T100 as well too but my lenses are a lil yellow so I used the 3M lens cleaner kit from autozone
