Hey all, hoping to get some advice on an issue I am having.

Right after start, my truck starts to groan from the engine bay. It generally goes away after the first 20-60 seconds after start. Seems to be most persistent when I start to move, generally backing out of the driveway. Video link below.

Belt and tensioner are new due to some squeaking, but that didn't have any impact on the issue, positive or negative.

Might also be worth noting that when the air conditioning is on, I perceive a slight howling at some RPMs, BUT, having the HVAC on or off does not impact the issue mentioned above.

    Thanks!

I think I'm deaf. I had my speakers and the video volume all the way up and couldn't hear it.

Yes. Then problem noise at 6-9 seconds, briefly at 10-11, and 15.

It sounds like harmonic resonance at the times OP noted.

My truck has the exact same issue but only when it’s cold outside. I’ve yet to figure it out. New alternator, idler, tensioner and fan clutch is next.
