Break in time for 2023 Tundra Capstone Hybrid

    Apparently there is a 5000 mile break in time for this model and year. Yes, five thousand miles. Also, after the drive - you have to let it idle for 2 mins to drain the antifreeze from turbos, it has 2 of them, per Toyota.

    Same here never idle, sometimes when I get to my job site the truck stays in hybrid mode as I’m parking.

    I can’t imagine why you’d want to drain the antifreeze from turbos . Introducing air back into a sealed system makes no sense . Could it be to run them two minutes to let them cool down ?
