New 2016 Platinum with dealer installed 3" Pro Comp lift and leveling kit. Seems like the lift/level combo is preloading the springs and the truck really bounces on the highway. Do I need to replace my springs to smooth this out?

    Thanks!

Yes mainly on concrete highways. Question is will changing the springs fix it given the lift kits use the existing springs and seem to put a preload on them. A stock Tundra doesn't have this issue, at least not to this level.

    Thanks

1st off, sorry for your issues with the new truck. I'd call your dealership immediately and tell them what it's doing, they very well could have screwed something up during install.

2nd, I'm buying a 2016 Tundra CM WITH Toyota lift as well. The thing is I can't get anyone at Toyota to tell me exactly what it is; coilovers, blocks, spacers or even a brand. Can you give me some info on yours? Toyota quoted me $1,000 for it.

    Thanks again, Brian

Typicall dealership lifts are front spacer and rear block. Brand is up to what the local 4x4 shop sells.

Yep, every lifted truck I have seen on the lot has a spacer up front and a block in the back.

OP, contact your dealer about your problems. We're talking about a brand spanking new truck here. Make them correct the issue.
