Is there a body lift for a 2003 tundra? If there is... is it possible if I already have bilstein suspension lift?

This is the ONLY kit im aware of on the market. its for a 2002 but it will fit our 2003 access cab only. As far as i know toyota didnt change the frame or body mounts on the 2002 to 2003. It all had to really to with front end and grill work minor differences but the body and frame was unchanged. Everything else when it comes to parts is the same. Only difference is when its from access cab to 4 door models.
