Best 60 bucks I spent! Took them about an hour and a half to get all the mud off on the exterior. I spent another couple hours today power washing the undercarriage. I hate mud lol

Yeah he was actually supposed to go with us, but wasn't able to make it. I used the Gaia app with the XGPS and it worked great!! I downloaded all the maps state side and never had an issue with signal.

What are you using in combination with that to get more lift out of the jack..... because I know this one doesn't go high enough.

Your right it doesn't have enough lift for lifting from the frame. My plan is to lift from directly under the axle or UCA. The truck has so much droop that these are most viable locations. So, it's pretty much just for changing flats and it's worked well in the past I bought the Jegs skid plate which doesn't add lift and will require some modification to make it fit.

I have the same alcan, even for me it's not enough to lift the frame much so I cannot imagine your truck with 37's :)

    Some stuff
holy shit. i haven't been there in almost 30 years. i had had a friend in san diego who had built a shack in gonzaga in the late 60's. he kept a plane in el centro and i'd fly down there with him about once a month. we'd have to time it with the tides since the runway was under 4' of water at high tide. used to free dive with the whale sharks in the bay. i loved it there. good times. the gulf side of baja is special.

that looks like a great trip. going to look into what they offer. i'd love to try and make it happen.

I have the baby tank, so with 2 5 gallon jugs I had the normal range of everyone else lol. There were a couple stretches that I cut it pretty close lol. Had to meet up with the chase truck to fuel up the jugs.

Yeah only downfall is you lose full bed capacity with the chase. I only roll on the street with one spare so its not too bad most times. I think I'm gonna get a couple 4 gallon rotopax and mount them on the side to increase my fuel capacity.
