anyone running that combo and NOT needing BMC? Bought the UCA today and sounds like i may or may not need the chop.

What lift do you have and what’s the backspacing on those Methods?

You should be fine with any lift over 2.5 inches, if I recall those NV305 have a +25 offset, if so you won't need a BMC

I have the exact same lift and backspacing and you will not need a chop with that. I also have Total Chaos UCAs which helps a lot also. Do you have stock or after market upper control arms?

    3/3 lift, 18x9 Methods,35x12.5 Terra Grapplers
Im at 3" lift on same 18x9, +25 wheels and 35x12.5 tires.
No chop needed and still on stock upper arms.
I have a set of RC arms to put on for better caster but havent gotten around to it yet since it drives so nice as-is.
I even managed to get the mudflaps back on and ziptied them for clearence. They just barely touch at full lock and im fine with that.
When I get the upper arms on and lowers cranked forward I should have plenty of clearence.

Ya with the camburgs and caster adjustment, you will be totally fine.

I’m on 285/75R18 Toyos with Method 315s and Total Chaos UCAs and Bilstein 6112s on top setting and have zero issues.

    Yes that’s gold.

On your color it would look awesome. I know most Tundra folks aren’t gold fans like the taco and 4Runner community.

I’m running same tire size on +18 methods on 3” lift with spc uca and did not need the bmc either, just some mud flap trimming. I’m not sure if the camburgs adjust different though.

Got all installed and Aligned. Pre-Alignment a slight rub then post was no rub by a Butt-Hair. Thanks for all the responses!

Don’t worry. One day you will be over a thousand posts thinking half of them are from the bathroom.
