    Swapped my mirror caps and door handles to black today. I want to color match the door handles at some point. Not sure if it's better to pain the chrome ones or the black. I'm thinking chrome because the black are textured finish.

    Nice looking ride. Ya I think you right the chrome would be better to paint, but up to you.
    You gonna colour math the mirror caps too or leave them black?
    I did my towing mirrors.

    How funny I'm going chrome changed the door handles now I want to chrome my mirrors and running board steps also took 5.7 liter badge off door

    I like the painted tow mirrors but I am not a huge fan of the painted mirror cap on the regular mirrors, maybe of the whole assembly was painted though, I'd like that

    It's a chrome cap that kinda slides and snaps in. Just lift from one corner and off they come

    What options did you go with for your retrofits and how much were they if you don't mind be asking. Also are those mirrors from Toyota or aftermarket?
