    Same here with the most recent buying Masks there at the start of the madness!
    They had masks made by Covercraft or so they said?
    Never again!
    There is a reason they will just drop the price instantly on anything they can sell you over the phone.
    You will never get what it is that they sell you and then will not be able to get hold of them about it either.
    Based on my experience of course.

    Yeah i think this is the route i will go with. I would always rather pay a little extra and get good customer service incase i ever run into problems etc...

    They got me nervous with all of the talk so I just ordered from Headlight Revolution under there free fogs deal! That’s better than the Black Friday 20% anyway. I needed help completing my order and Headlight Revolution’s customer support was awesome!

    I canceled the order with autoanything and the cancellation website wasn’t responding but their service via the chat was fine he responded right away and canceled the order for me. We shall see how it goes, worst case scenario PayPal will have my back!

    Like many auto part dealers, they do not necessarily stock the item(s) in inventory, but rather acts as an agent for a distributor or manufacturer. So, all the blame may not directly be with AA, but rather the distributor.

    My scenarios was just the opposite. Ordered a bumper shipped via freight and it was at my door in less than 7 days. Again, it was the distributor that shipped it and not AA.

    Very true, I also deal with people on a daily basis and can understand where some undue bad reviews may come in to play as well. I have nothing bad to say about them and I expect my HR order to set back my item arrival time since the are on back order but it was still a chance to save an additional bit of money for the same thing. Also I know @Headlight Revolution has great service so no worries there. Maybe they can chime in with an expected arrival date?

    I don't mind delays in shipping etc... as that happens with every company and especially around Christmas time, what really bothers me is when i call 20 times to talk to the person who cancelled my order, and I even messaged him on Instagram (he has his Instagram info in the cancellation email) and leave multiple voicemails and send him emails and more than a week later no reply. I call sales and customer service they transfer me to each other (wait times of 30 minutes each time), I finally get a decent customer service rep that assures me he will call me by the end of the day ... and to no surprise he does not.... It's this kind of crap service that makes me give a company a bad review, trust me I don't give a bad review for small things, I also give and allow the businesses multiple chances to correct their mistake before writing a bad review; in Autoanythings case I spent a whole week calling, emailing, Instagram messaging, and leaving voicemails to get someone to call me back, but no one did. You can even check the complaints the company has on BBB, it seems like I'm not alone with my issue. Their cancellation cost me to lose $65 CAD ($50USD) in exchange rate difference when they cancelled my order, with no explanation. So i think I'm justified to say I will never ever use Autoanything again or recommend them to anyone.

    Edit: I should also mention that I do not mind losing the $50 USD in exchange rate for the cancellation of the order as this is not something that they can control and things happen (hence the order getting canceled), what I do mind is that they did not make it right be redoing the order and assuring me that it will not get cancelled again and cause me another $50 USD loss, in fact they didn't even bother giving me a call back to explain why my order was even canceled.

    I'm currently having issues with Auto Anything also. I cannot recommend them either. The wait times are unbelievable on the telephone but when you want to make a purchase there is no waiting. Their customer service has went to :censored:.

    Exactly Sales picks up the line quickly, however the minute you mention a problem they don't even inform you and transfer you to customer service which then ends up being a 30 minute to 1 hour wait, and they will not fix or attempt to fix whatever problem you are having and instead will just make empty promises of documenting everything and calling you back by the end of the day which never happens.

    In summary, I completely agree with your above comments. There's no excuse for that lack of customer service.

    I'm a principal in multiple businesses and am frequently sympathetic towards businesses (especially smaller ones) knowing how difficult it is to make a living. I/we also do not subscribe to the "Customer is always right" saying of the past because about 10-20 percent of the general public feel like they are entitled and will lie through their teeth to swindle a business. However, at the same time, our customer support teams are very well trained to provide top level service regardless of the circumstances. They also document everything in detail which get sent by automated emails to the customer every time. What you experienced is someone not doing their job an in our organizations would be replaced by someone who does want to do the job.

    Took the inner pins out and then carefully popped them off using a small plastic trim panel pry tool in the seem between the panel and the fender. It was scary but worked out.

    anyone want a set of headlights? I received another delayed shipping email from auto anything last night saying my order wouldn’t ship until january 21 but another set arrived today and the tracking number matches the one sent from HR so i guess the first set was from auto anything??? Whatever after dealing with auto anything i wont use them again.

    I think the 2nd set is from autoanything because you received fog lights with the first set which was HR promo. But yeah i still haven’t got a reply back from autoanything... so never dealing with them again. Good thing i ordered from HR.
