I've had a 2014 SR5 and now a 2019 Sport. On road, the Sport is definitely stiffer in a good way. But the short trek through my yard to my shop, the Sport will beat you to death. Because the shocks are stiffer and not allowing the suspension to articulate rather it stays pretty solid and rocks the truck left and right. It could be the Sport swaybar too. I only had the Sequoia front swaybar and TRD rear sway bar on the other truck. It's brutal compared to my old SR5. Patiently waiting to swap the shocks out for more 5100's, or 6112's.

For more sport like handling, consider the TRD sway bars, makes for better cornering.
Also consider a Pedal Commander for Sport modes.

my 2014 Trd off-road 2wd had bigger front spring diameter With Yellow compared With red sports,it’s stiffer.
My trying to decide off-road spring and red or 5100 or 6122.
I want stock front that a bet stiffer and the back lowered with Trd Leaf spring.
