Okay, awesome to know. I'm going to do top setting on stock 5100 kit and hoping it's going to be level for us. Doing 5100 kit in rear too and not sure why the instructions say the rear is 0-1" height increase. We have a 2019 Crewmax TRD off-road 2wd so It says which factory tundra you have plays into the height increases that are listed by Bilstein....
ordered a set of new LT285/70/18 Nitto Exo Grappler AWT's to go on the stock 18" TRD wheels for the setup and hoping it turns out good.

You may be lifted higher in the front with a 2wd, less weight. 5100 in rear with 0-1" is to allow for lifting the rear up to 1". They also make a 5100 that goes up to 2".

I wish some tundra users with this setup can post pics.....would be so helpful. Anyone have 2019 TRD 2wd with this setup?
    Thanks

Do you want actual pics of the shock/spring/fender setup? If so let me know.
This shows the stock ride height (left side) and my leveled truck. (right side)
I went with 5100's, top setting and used the stock springs. The springs were tested by the suspension shop and found to be "as new" which is why they are used again I hope this helps.

Yes, this helps a ton! Anymore pics of your rig and setup from different angles? Also, how is the ride on the top setting in your opinion?
    Thanks @SILVER FOX .

One thing I did notice, that the shape/"slope" of the bed gives an illusion of it being slightly higher than the front. You can see that the bottom of the truck is fairly level with the ground....I searched for quite awhile looking for a level location; this was the best I found. All this make sense? Kinda hard to describe.
Also, there were no spacers used.
Let me know what else you need... happy to help. :)

Helps yes! Did you measure from the ground to start of fender for both front and rear? It does appear to be pretty much level. I am just wondering if my 2019 crewmax will be too much different for the front setting to the top b/c I have a TRD off-road bu 2wd so less weight on the truck and Bilstein site says that there will be differences between different model tundra and setups so just wondering. I just don't want to set in the middle setting and then pay for install of the 5100 kit only for it not to be level and still lower in the front so maybe I should just go to 3rd highest setting. How is the ride of yours after installing the kit and the top setting for the front? I've heard this 5100 kit rides amazing and I'm hoping it does lol...we love how ours rides now as we have the stock 4600 Bilstein shocks (yellow and blue) on our TRD and one of the reasons we bought this exact model with these shocks and the 18" TRD wheels. Thanks!

It measured just under 2 inches from stock. Rear stayed the same.
I was very hesitant and unsure of the outcome also...probably like all of us.
What I did, was make an arrangement with the manager regarding the possibility of changing the position of the shock setting, and a price, just in case. So we decided to start on the highest setting then work down to the middle. Turns out we nailed it, based on a lot of research.
Share before/after pics with us. :)

    Curse you Perry the Platypus!
Got a 2010 SR5 CMAX 4x4 a year and half ago. Back in December I finally got 5100's all the way around with the fronts on mid setting. I figured the stock ones were originals so it wouldn't hurt to replace them PLUS I am almost level. No complaints and the truck rides great!

It was very close but appeared slightly nose high. I have since added 3/4” shackles on the rear...it’s perfect.

no kidding.. damn.. ive got a set of 5100s on the way for the front of my 2020 crewmax 4x4.. the front of the truck is almost exactly 3 inches lower than the rear measuring from the ground to the middle of the wheel wells.. my plan was to have them set at the highest setting which according to bilstein is 2.28".. according to my brilliant math skills, that would mean the nose would still be about 3/4" lower than the rear..

You have to understand a lot of us probably measure like you did, but I doubt the wheel wells are the same distance from the ground at level (meaning the way the body was made). Instead measure something like the bottom of the cab at the rear of the front tire and the front of the rear tire. That is a constant.

Yes, on the top setting. Smooth ride, I really don't feel any change; neither does my wife.
There is that apprehension we all felt. It will work out; plenty of research will bare that out.

I took these pictures because when I was researching, no one else did. Here are four different pictures of my Tundra.

    Bone Stock

Bilstien 5100s on the middle setting (level)

Bilstien 5100s on the top setting, shims, shackles at 2" and 5100s in the rear

Bilstien 6112s on the top setting, shims, SPC UCAs, Boss 4x4 shackles at 2" and 5100s in the rear, 305/65-18 Ray 10s 18x9 +25mm.
