I was able to do the 27th annual Big Shell Beach Cleanup yesterday. It takes place in a remote section of beach on South Padre Island National Seashore (PINS). It's a 4WD only area for good reason...the few pics I took (it was cold and we had to hurry to beat high tide) really don't show just how loose and deep the sand can get.

Glad to say I saw several Tundras out there but also saw the only guy to get stuck was a Tundra lol (his 4WD wasn't engaging but to his credit he made it as far as we did in 2WD and only got stuck when he stopped behind us).

    Here are some pics

The turnout last year was around 1200 people and yielded 30 tons of trash.

I'll get the final numbers once they release them and post here. Due to the weather, I'm not sure if we beat those numbers but I'd be happy to get close.

Here is the "long awaited" video highlighting some of the event that day. As you can see, the weather was less than great...but over 500 people showed up (plenty Tundras can be seen!) and 30 TONS of trash was picked up. Success!

    Video is here

Those trucks look great on the beach. I think I'm headed to Surfside beach this weekend. I love driving on the beach.

I'm interested to know what lights you have on your truck?

Yep, very pleased. Less than half of the turnout last year and yet we pulled in the same amount of trash. There's usually food and more hoopla going on but the weather and COVID tainted things.

They're low profile floods from Plashlights. 2600 Lumens. They're bright!

    Check them out here

A group of us will be down on Crystal Beach on May 1st.

Yes they're included. Plashlights mostly deals in saltwater marine and ATV lighting so their housings stand up to the elements well. You won't be disappointed. They also offer a plethora of discounts so check out their discount page

I can't see on their page where this bracket is part of the package
    upload_2022-4-19_10-51-22.jpg

That's separate. I got those on eBay but Rago has them as well.

Remove the 2 bolts that hold your hood to the hinge, slide that mount in between and bolt back up.
