Sweet maybe it will be under powered and shift way too much like the Tacoma.

change to meet emissions requirements. 8-10 speed trans equals one big pile of crap. Everyone wants the Tundra to be updated with new fangled features. Maybe it's time to buy a few brand new current gen and moth ball them for a couple of years to re-sell?

Given the new ones will have overlap with the current, I plan to take a close look and if the new one is a failure, I will buy the previous year and store it.

Knowing Toyota's update/refresh duty cycle, it will take 15 years before they redesign if they pork the new one.

All I know is that the more everyone is disappointed, the less my 2016 depreciates :dancingbacon:

    Winning!!

I’m not gonna lie. Every time I see Sean’s or your super fast white Tundra’s, a little jealousy kicks in. The Tundra/Tacoma/GMCundra run we did not long ago wasn’t easy. The lady saying “wow, look at all these nice Tundras...” doesn’t help.

I’ve only got 26K on mine. In four more years it might be 50 K. I wouldn’t be surprised if it goes up in value from where it’s at now. Something similar to the FJ.

so sad, the 2017 TRD Pro was my first Tundra, and will probably be my last. Friggin Nissan did this to me too. Back in 2015 I was going to trade a pathfinder in for a Titan, loved the 2015 Pro-4x, then they went and uglified the Titan in 16+....
