I wanted a better tire for snow and was going between Goodyear Duratracs or the BFG KO2s. Decided to go with the KO2s after reading the reviews and talking with the tire place. So at 180 miles replaced the Michelins with KO2s. At a little over 1700 miles now and I like them and they so far perform good. Once the snow hits will be the test.
Now just have to get rid of those Michelins one of these days.

Just sold my Michelins with 6k on them for $500 - Lots of interest on Craigslist.

Thanks for the tip! I guess I was off in my price thinking as I was thinking asking $100 less than what you sold yours for to move them.

I struggled with the same issues you describe and my 2013 had the 65's on them and I really liked them. I actually still have them from when I traded the truck in as I still had the OEM with 30k on them that I switched out. I have the older set of BFG's 65's I put on it and they and still look great. The one tire has a partial sidewall tear/split that makes it vulnerable and couldn't justify putting half used tires on a new Pro. I went with the 65's to keep it original and definitely don't regret it. I am hard pressed for myself to be in a situation where the extra a little over an inch in height difference would come into play. Not sure if I am going to keep the older set or not. I plan on selling the OEM Michelins with 2500 miles on them.
