    OK, to preserve the topic, Schwepp's or Canada Dry, whichever is on sale in the small cans. It only get drank as a mixer for gin or bourbon.

    I concur. Why anyone would ruin good bourbon with mix is beyond me.

    Oooohhhh, Jack. That explain everything. One does not simply do shots of good bourbon. Stuff like Jack on the other hand, mix away. Hell, if you want to spice it up with some Draino it'd probably be an improvement. :D

    Yes, I am not a big bourbon connoisseur and don't usually spend big, so if I do happen to have the good stuff, I will keep it for sipping.

    On the other hand, I always keep a bottle of Jack on hand for mixing with some Coke Zero.
