You know it all comes down to what exhaust system trips your trigger, and how deep your pockets are! I didnt want to spend any more than I had to on an exhaust, but I did want dual exhaust, out the back, and made from SS, cause I didnt want to buy it twice, I also hoped to gain some HP, torque, and maybe some MPG. I ended up with a MBRP system and love it so far.

I have the BAMullfers 6" and I am happy with it. Check out the sounds clips in the link that Sean posted. I posted exhaust clips of mine toward the last couple posts.

    Not nearly enough room here!
I had Corsa's Sport and Touring systems on my 2010 DC. The Sport was too loud so I sold the muffler and tried Corsa's Touring version.Sounded great but being Corsa uses 3" pipe for all their systems, I lost some low-end. Keith Carty (BA Exhaust) uses stock-size pipe so no grunt is lost.I ended up with his 10" single and it's exactly the sound I was after.Got a small grade at the rear of my garage, after the BA,I was back to "idling up" the grade instead of needing to apply throttle, just like before I installed the Corsa:thumbsup:.

If you don't ever plan to do headers, the best option is a straight flow thru style muffler and your factory tailpipe. Bamuffler would be my recommendation.

There are a lot of ways with the exhaust and intake to make your truck lose low end torque. But if you stick to the above recommendation, you will not only keep from losing tq, but you will gain a little HP and low end.

6" or 7" BAM gets my vote as well, have had my 7" on for a few days now and love it. Not too loud but not too quiet. Mean when you get on it but you can tame the beast if you have a light foot. I am testing how long it takes for my gf to notice it isnt stock. Have taken her out a few times already and was holding my breath waiting for her to say somethig but she hasnt yet. (Havent had to pass anyone yet and have been driving like an oldman with her in the truck). Best of both worlds is a very accurate description. Had Borla on my last truck and it beats most of the other aftermarket exhausts, but the drone while towing gave me a headache. The resonator that comes with the BA system does an awesome job of cleaning up the sound and eliminating drone. I went beast mode for a few days and left the resonator off but now that its installed I couldnt be happier with the result. Can tell that its aftermarket, but not too obnoxious like a flowmaster.

Nope, like I said in my post,I had Corsa's Sport System on my 2010.It was just too loud (for me).A quality system for sure. Corsa's 3" pipe isn't what our Tundra V8's need to keep low-end. Keith @ BA Exhaust can explain it best.

I have the MBRP dual stainless system on mine. Very nice deep rumble and no drone. For the price I paid I'm very happy with it.

I did a Flowmaster 50 Series, dual in/dual out muffler.

It's very aggressive sounding when you're on the gas but has a nice mellow rumble the rest of the time.
It has a slight drone at about 55 mph but no drone at 50 or 60. Shoot, my stock muffler had a drone to it
    at about the same speed.

    I love it!

I have a corsa on mine and I think it's great. I'm not a fan of duals that exit behind the wheels... Looks wise. The corsa sounds damn near stock when your normally driving but comes to life when you get in it. I have the single side exit but like the look of the dual exit on one side.

MBRP doesn't make one specifically for the RCSB model. In fact I don't think any aftermarket exhaust manufacturer makes an exhaust for our RCSB's since they're so uncommon as when I was looking for an exhaust I couldn't find any for my truck.

I bought the MBRP exhaust made for the double cab model and the exhaust shop I had it installed at had to trim the mid pipe to fit it onto my truck. It was no problem for them to do and the install went great.

So I found a decent deal on a BaMuffler 6'' but it's for a dbl cab, will it fit an RCSB? If not can I modify it to fit, and if I can will it negatively affect the sound?

My Brother has 07 Tundra DC.When Keith introduced his "no grunt-loss" dual system I told him and he had Keith build him a dual catback with TRD rear pipes. I have Keith's 10" single system on mine and my Brother wanted the same low-key unobtrusive sound that mine has.As usual, Keith nailed it.Dual TRD tips in stock position with NO grunt loss.Quiet around town and at idle but like my Brother says,"still makes me grin like a monkey when I open 'er up"!:D

I like mine. Sounds even better with the S/C.
