For my Tundra 16, I was planning on doing TRD Pro brake pads with OEM Rotors. Has anyone tried that combo and does it work well or should I buy TRD Rotors as well?

Installed stoptech cryo slotted rotors and Ebc yellow. Have some squeaking at low speeds with light brake input. Not enough to make me do anything about it. Anyone recommend other pads for the future when these wear out? Also these rotors should be good for a while. Any tips on just changing out the pads? Do you guy do anything to the rotors?? Thanks.

You got lucky. I tried to order a new set of the StopTech cryos and one side is backordered. You do have to bed them in. I am currently running a set of the same rotors and I run the Centric Posi Quiet pads with mine and they have never squeaked.

I did follow the Ebc procedure. Dont know what happened. You can try buybrakes.com. They usually have them in stock. How long did your rotors last?

I'm at about 57 to 60K on them. I have a vibe ever since I replaced the SPC upper ball joints and I suspect that it's the rotors.
