i literally just bought a 2007 Tundra this past weekend. Got a great deal on it with 48,000 miles on it!

Problem is, I wanted a backup camera for when I back up to my boat hitch.

What is the best, reasonably priced backup camera?

    Thanks

They can handle either a pre-wire or a full harness installation. One thing to note about these 2nd gen Tundras. Many of them are pre-wired with the harness so adding an option after the fact is often plug and play. You'll need to poke around to see if you already have the wiring for the Camera before you can figure out what you need to order.

My truck is already pre-wired. I guess the camera isn't the most important thing. Maybe the monitor should be what I am questioning. The OEM monitor that attaches to the ceiling, similar to this:

    Is it worth it?

I don't think the camera is the important part. It's the monitor.
