Yeah, me too... so my second question following the trucks circumstance and frame swap is still floating around... anybody know about the differences for 2-WD and 4-WD on access chassis
    Swappable?

Does the PO have any alignment sheets? I wouldn’t necessarily run from that if the price is right.

Previous Owner has played the whole thing close to the cuff, (***). so nothing of use from him. I took it to a frame guy I should hear from him Monday, but it definitely is diamonded.
Kind of considering the Toyota replacement chassis from under a 2000 sr5 access cab v8 auto 2wd ...it appears to have same part #s as this vehicle, difference being the 02 with bad frame is 4wd...not sure if that is viable yet ...not encountered any great data available as yet . Thanks for your input.

Do you just enjoy misery? I don't understand why you would want to buy a truck that needs a new frame unless the truck was around $500.

    I wouldn't touch that with a 10ft pole.

Frame shops have no trouble making the frame square again.

As for the price, that is excessive, but I'm sure they do not have a line if buyers either. You do have the upper hand. Do not be afraid to low ball ball the hell out of them.
