I have been driving for 44 years and never came close to hitting anything bigger than squirrels, birds, armadillos, and opossums.
Both of these were the same morning.

Your second video is "video unavailable." I've hit a few small animals too, including a dog that wanted to chase my truck. He rushed out and slid on the dirt right under my front tire. Luckily, he got up and took off, seemingly no worse for the wear.

Someone took out an armadillo in front of my house. Didn't even know armadillos lived in this area. Came home to find a big vulture (also not known in this area) trying hard to drag the armadillo off. The whole thing reminded me of Arizona or New Mexico, not northern Alabama.

Kings 2.5s and TC UCA. July 2021 install. Doesn’t do it at higher speeds.

Depending on how frequent the noise the OP is experiencing this, this is a logical explanation especially going from Reverse to Forward, the pads tend to shift in the caliper within the caliper abutment clip.

@ThisGuy03 - is it more pronounced when reversing with a hard braking motion then proceeding forward with hard braking motion?

I know about the floating pads. I do have that noise as well as the ABS actuators engaging. I know what those sound like.

did you put those UCA on when lifting it? or did you have them on before the lift and kept them on after?

It was all done at the same time. Coils, UCAs, gusseted Spindles. That was July 2021, and this issue has just come up in the last 3 months or so.

hmmmm, can you check your cam bolts (bolts on the LCA that adjust camber, have white covers with little marks on it) and make sure they're tight, you can get a clunk if they aren't, but you've got me scratching my head at this point, maybe check LCA bushings and ball joints.

I thought LCA bushings and cam bolts as well. I just had it at the dealer for diff service and T case service. They inspected the LCA and bushings and bolts and said all was well. I also thought LBJs, but I don’t have any movement/popping when turning the steering wheel like I’ve seen in videos. I’ve been scratching my head as well. I don’t want to start throwing money at parts that may not remedy the issue. I also don’t want to have a catastrophic failure with my family on board.

why don't you throw the sway bar back on for a month or two and see if the noise stops entirely, if it does, then maybe the problem sits in one of the shocks or something (since they can't articulate independent of each other (with the sway bar on))

if the noise stays then you know its not a specifically related to the sway bar issue, then you could start having other things checked

might not be the solution you want, but its a way to trouble shoot and attempt to narrow down the problem

So far, so good. The proof is in the pudding.
