No need to knock beer that actually has flavour. What style (s) do you like, boomer?

It just annoys me when I go into these ‘breweries’ and everyone is wearing rolled up skinny jeans, a beanie and a flannel. The menu has 9 IPAs of the 11 beers and the other two are a Pilsner and a cider.
I don’t particularly like the taste of hops though I can deal with it as long as there are other flavors. Most IPAs all I taste are hops.

I used to be a huge IPA guy, Then it commercialized. IE: dogfish head is right down the road and I avoid it at all cost. Feels like a college bar.

This brewery has changed my mind about sours. Possibly my favorite brewery of all time.
The thrills line is always killer.

We've only recently been getting Yuengling here, and I've taken a real liking to their Black and Tan. I gave on to a friend a week or so back, and he said "You're always into some exotic import!" When I informed him Yuengling is the oldest brewery in America he just stared at me. :)

    In progress…
I recently stopped after work to get a sixer of Yuengling but they were out. I saw some Flight (which is a light beer made by Yuengling) and bought a six pack. I was pleasantly surprised. I’m not a light beer guy but I really liked the taste and enjoyed it. I’ve been drinking it ever since.

They all sound tasty. We don’t get many sours around here but I try em any chance I get.

This one was definitely not at syrup’y and thick as I thought it would be. A definite bright side to it and was pretty good. Also didn’t kick like a 10.5% ABU though sadly lol

Didn't get a picture but my brother made version 2.0 of his home made beer. Went to 8% rye malt and some dark barley malt and 8% alcohol. It is really damn good and goes down way too easy for 8%.

ETA: He's going to call it Paper Bag because that's what colour it is.

The Gose of Christmas Present. Pomegranate and cherries. Great fruit forward flavor with the sour in the background. At 4.8 ABV you can have a few.

Easy to drink, with that heavy bourbon taste at the end. Very fine, like silk.

I'm not much of a stout fan but this is pretty good. Wife liked the first sip then decided it was too bitter so looks like I'm drinking the whole bottle myself.

Monkish is great. People pay stupid money in some facebook groups I'm in to get their beers mailed to them. Someone goes and buys and then resells online, there's that much demand for their beers lol.
