I have a serious backlog to get to, so I have popped open the crazy ass brew below, and will get after it here in the next few.

Martin House Brewing | Fort Worth, Texas
Hazy Maizey | Cornbread ale with chipotle, adobo, bacon, and coriander
    8% ABV

I am four sips in and still don't quite know how I feel about this beer. Starts heavy with a bacon and coriander flavor that then gives way to a warm corn and pepper taste, and finally you're left with a mild ale flavor. The bacon stays throughout the entire flavor adventure getting less and less intense. The aftertaste is 100% bac'n bits. This is not crushable, but not terrible. it has all my favorite things in it (corn, bacon, and peppers), so I can't really be mad at it.

    Something Brewery | Brighton, CO.
    Sex Appeal
and puppies | Pineapple Marshmallow Vanilla Kettle Sour
6.9% ABV (see what they did there?)

I am pretty tired of kettle sours at this point, but this one was not your typical one. The pineapple and vanilla really mellowed it out so it was very enjoyable and not a sour punch in the mouth! Lots and lots on fresh pineapple flavor, just enough smooth vanilla, and best of all, no lactose! 8.5/10 would definitely drink again.

Dunkin Donuts Boston Kreme Stout | Stout with boston creme donuts in the mash

Boston creme donuts and cacao nibs in a dry irish stout. What's not to like? Answer: the cacao nibs. They added a real bitter profile to the beer that really lowered the enjoyment factor for me. I think had they left those out, or maybe used chocolate instead, it would have been an 11/10 beer for sure.
I really enjoyed trying this one, thanks @DaBoro54!

I loved this one. Super flavorful, and a great smooth but not too heavy stout! You get every flavor in each drink. Heavy vanilla and chocolate up front with a tail of sweet cinnamon at the end. I very much enjoyed this one.

This beer is so damned tasty. They dropped it last year and I swear its better this time. They partner with a local Fort Worth bakery called Swiss Pastry Shop, and actually drop dozens of pounds of cake in the mash. This golden ale is not too sweet, but also packed with cakey flavor and a little bit of amaretto taste too. Very easy to pound, and very easy to get in trouble with at 10%.

This is the first cream ale I've ever had that wasnt too sweet, and I gotta say; it was perfect! The corn and barley added a nice grainy body to it, and it was very crushable. I very much enjoyed this one and will be getting it again for sure.

Black Matter Nitro | Nitro Coffee Stout
    8.6% ABV 30.5 IBU

The photo was taken before all the froth from the nitro settled. This was a delightful stout with aromas of coffee, chocolate, and cinnamon. The flavor profile was all of the above with the addition of a touch of vanilla on the backend. Very enjoyable and the coffee was there throughout but not so much that it was overpowering. Manhattan project makes amazing IPAs as well and I had a few of those while I was there too, but neglected to photo any.

I haven't tried either one but my brothers still talk about the one day they found both of them at a local bar. Texas Ranger is brewed with chipotle chili peppers and Mexas Ranger adds a bunch of other ingredients such as beans and coffee.

My significant doesn't genuinely have full scale Celiac disease but this beer does help reduce what she calls feeling 'bloated' after drinking a couple regular beers. Plus we also like IPAs and IPA like flavor.

This meets the challenge, Omission Beer, very much an IPA flavor and they've got a few other flavors, all Gluten Free:

    “Facesmasher” | Apricot Wheat Ale | 5.5%

This lines up exactly how I imagined it would taste. Strong apricot, but not overwhelming and wheat to balance it out.

This beer was designed after some fuck head thieves who stole their outdoor propane tanks. (See link) This business has a very strong support - as all local small businesses should.

Anthem makes some nice stuff. I need to try that stout. I'm done with IPAs for awhile. This Helles-Lager from Marshall is really well done. A nice body and super easy to drink but not boring at all.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again. Something Brewery kills it on milkshake IPAs! They need to do them more often for sure. This one is delicious! A solid milkshake IPA with just a touch of Trix cereal flavor. Not overwhelming or overly sweet at all, very well balanced and enjoyable.

Ok, so Martin House did this in February of last year for Valentine’s Day, and the beer tasted just like pizza sauce. This is supposedly the same beer, and yea it tastes like pizza sauce, but something is off. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but I just didn’t enjoy this like the taster of the pizza beer I had last year. Either way it has a solid pizza flavor, and it’s like drinking pizza sauce mixed with beer and maybe a hint of cheese. 5/10 on this one.

Battle Axe IPA. Pours with very little head, aromas of citrus and pine. Hops shine through, but not very bitter... weird, right?! It’s a very drinkable beer, but not my favorite IPA... I’d definitely get it again though. If you are ever in Eugene, check out their South Eugene location ( when things truly open back up) they have great pub grub!
    And please pillage responsibly.

    Oh yes.
I do indulge in quite a few of the local breweries..
Big fan of Deep Ellum brewery.

Hope this doesn't break any rules, but I like all of these...
I just don't need to have them all the time.

Shiner Bock, Modelo, and Negra Modelo are pretty much my go tos.
Although I've been drinking a bit of Corona light to get my girlish figure back.

I used to drink these every once in awhile, but the last one I bought I couldn't stomach.
Not sure how I used to drink them.

Not a fan of IPAs, or honey on my pizza...:burp:  :eek2: o_O
But I did like that Local Buzz..

It is definitely an interesting taste for an IPA to have such coffee flavor. It’s not a bad thing but I do not think I could drink a bunch of them. Well worth the try though

@Squatting Pigeon just now starting to try the once you sent. Pretty stoked
