Big Cherry! | Imperial Cherry Sour
10% ABV

Tart. Big. Cherry. Boozy. Barrel.
This was a secret release that I just happened to snag while at the brewery week before last. Tons of boozy cherry flavor with some hints of barrel aging but hard to put a finger on whether it’s whiskey, rum, etc.

Berry Weisse | Strawberry and basil weisse
7.5% ABV

Nice and light weisse bier with a solid amount of strawberry and a bit of kick from the basil. The basil settled a bit so @Larmand go most of it in his pour, but otherwise it was tasty!

Salt and Lime | Strawberry lime gose
4.3% ABV 8 IBU

Very light and crisp with both flavors, lime and strawberry, making a big appearance in the flavor profile. Enjoyable for sure!

Fully Enlightened Buddha | Chocolate marshmallow caramel stout

Popping the can open, you smell milk chocolate for days. It pours dark, real rich, can’t see through it at all. Tastes like a boozy hot chocolate with the faintest of caramel on the back end. So tasty, so flavorful.

Bird Leaf | Dry hopped pilsner
4.7% ABV

Reminds me a lot of Mr. 40 Burgers, real crisp with tons of hop flavor and none of the bitterness!
(Don't mind my political pint glass)

From the brewery:
Bohemian Pilsner with crazy, thirst-quenching notes of lime zest, honeydew melon, cantaloupe and wildflower honey, mixed with subtle spice. It is finished off with a satisfying, water cracker-like finish.

Totally forgot to post it, but I had the sweet version right after the sour.
Turns out they are both sours, but the red one is like a sour caramel apple. That's where I would peg the flavor profile too; very appley with subtle notes of caramel and solid crisp tartness. Neither one was "sour".

 

It was soo good, and the glitter was really cool, so thank you!

That's crazy, but for a good cause, I would probably do something like that too

Nightmare on East Elm Street | Pumpkin spiced ale
5.8% ABV

This golden ale has only the slightest of pumpkin spice flavors, which is just enough for me. It isn’t “in your face” with the pumpkin spice like a lot of the fall beers are. They also add honey to the mash and it gives the profile a soft sweetness that makes it super palatable and adds just enough of a sweet flavor without going overboard.

I can’t say I recall ever having an IPL before, but damn if this doesn’t taste just like a NE IPA.

They don’t do many IPAs and claim they are “bad at them” but I’ve not been disappointed
