Can’t put the nose on the exact aromas, but def some peach and ale in it

Tastes JUST like a peach. @Squatting Pigeon was on point by calling it.
Delicious juicy peach taste with a hint of the skin. Perfect combo, and probably could not be made better.

Avalanche Amber Ale was really good and crisp. Reminded me of a local brew called Billy Jenkins Bock. Kind of a sweet honey taste with an amber bock flavor along for the ride.
I’m a fan! Could knock those back easily if I had multiples.

Jetman was really interesting. Described as a “hazy ale” you get a lot of the haze of an IPA with less of the hoppy bite that usually comes along with it. This one was really good with aromas and flavors of citrus (mainly grapefruit) on the front end and a little tartness on the back.

Princess Yum Yum was stupid tasty. Lots of raspberry in a really light and easy to drink brew. A hot day favorite for sure!

Death by Affogato was not one I drank, just tasted. I am not a fan of Porters. The taste I had was heavy in coffee and chocolate, and seemed decent although not my style of brewskies.

Old Chub, scotch ale. This one also reminded me of a local brew called Winter Warmer. A heavy and dark ale that has notes of barrel aging and is quite strong. Strong ales are a favorite of mine and this one did not disappoint!

    9.1% ABV N/A IBU

This brew is a milk stout base with ancho, guajillo, chipotle, and pasilla, cinnamon, and 100% pure cacao. At first drink it just kind o tastes like pepper on top of a decent milk stout. As you keep drinking the chili flavor and the heat builds! So freaking tasty and only gets better and you sip ;)

Imperial old ale aged in rum barrels. This beer is something else! At 17.2% it sure knocks you on your ass. It tastes more like a spirit than a beer! And I think it’s legally supposed to be classified as such

I have been hesitant about this one. Think I'll give it a try.

Most liquor stores carry Denver ones. It’s usually seasonal, so don’t wait too long or just come to my house :fistbump:

I really enjoyed Avery Brewing when I was in CO a while back. Never seen any of their beers up here, though.

Northern Grace | Red Rye IPA

This beer is absolutely delicious and, in my opinion, perfect.

It's so well balanced that both people who like IPAs (like me) and people who don't (like my mom) can all enjoy it. Not to mention that there aren't nearly enough rye IPAs available these days.

    5.5% ABV | 33 IBU

Less hoppy than most beers I drink but it made up for it with a nice malt flavour that I enjoyed.

    Description from the can:
May 5, 2011 was a day the town of Slave Lake will never forget. A forest fire fuelled by high winds ripped through the town and surrounding area, leaving 732 residents homeless. The fire took a toll on the residents, but the people stood together. And out from the ashes rose a new, stronger Slave Lake. As a thanks to everyone who looks out and protects our town from fires, this smooth, balanced beer is for you. Cheers!
