    I have the factory bed liner. They sprayed over the bolts and the torx 55 doesn’t catch enough to loosen the bolt. Any solution for that? Anyone came across that yet?

    As @Hbjeff and @mountainpete mentioned, have you tried using a razor blade or exacto knife to cut around the bolt and peel the liner off?

    This should work but please let us know if it doesnt

    Yeah you’ll just have to scrape it out. I forget the size but it should be a fairly snug fit with the torx.

    I had the same issue and I used a mallet to hammer the torx in. Eventually the spray bedliner was removed.

    I bought some cheap ones from Harbor freight and didn’t have all the sizes I needed. I ended up going to Sears and getting my self a nice kit.
