Welcome. What do you need to get out of a rack? There's lots to chose from depending on your needs

Which are those? @KB Voodoo has good racks, generally similar to the ones pictured, modular, can attach lots of equipment to inside and outside. Choose steel SteelMax or aluminum alumax. Forum vendor so if you post to his thread or PM him, he'll send you a code for a discount.

Edit: also, because they're modular, the rack can be moved from one truck over to another. All these racks we're posting are pricey; it's cool to be able to move it if you get a different truck @Vegeta7.

So many nice racks out there, other than all the silver cross bars... ruins the whole look...

Unless you're gonna run it without equipment attached, you'll pretty much not see the aluminum cross beams.

You said 'rack' so we didn't mention alternatives but, if you go with powder coated Relentless bars, you can attach equipment, carry an RTT, and there's no "silver" part.

Have to agree about that it screws up the look, but between a rusty water bead running on those cross bars or a silver one, i would probably pick the latter. They should make an anodized black extruded aluminum cross bar!

We have the option to get black crossbars, but we haven't added it to the website, because very few people have asked about it.

The silver makes a nice contrast to the black, and looks awesome in person.

Very true..... I have my truck white and Blacked out and the satin silver adds a little character. Hahahah

But at the end of it all, it boils down to my rack being useful, modular, and actually looks awesome!

Not sure where you are from, but most of these racks are super expensive the ship.

I just ordered the Rago rack from your original post and a huge benefit is free shipping. They also offer side panels to attach the bars together if you like that look.

They quoted me $200 more for black extrusions. Not worth it in my opinion.

@KB Voodoo wow +200 to the cost of the rack? I suppose I could anodize the silver ones right? Digital Camo cross bars here I come.

They’re already anodized silver. I’m not sure if they can anodized twice (but maybe).

I would spray paint them black.

Will do. I’ve only had it on for a few days but didn’t suffer any scratches while I was assembling even on the bottoms of the brackets that my son dragged across the driveway (he’s 2 and thought it was a jungle gym) seems good at this point.
